My name is Ruth and I've had a relationship with Odegaards my whole life. I remember going with my mom to take in her sewing machine for service when I was very young. When I worked elsewhere, many of my lunch hours were spent at Odegaards letting the stress of days melt away petting and buying fabric. Now that this kid works at the candy shop, I enjoy teaching as well as working the floor. My sewing experience is varied. I first learned clothing, although now I'm more comfortable with quilting and crafting, and machine embroidery is a skill I'm still working on. I love to help people discover what feeds their soul whether that is putting together colors for their next creation, precision piecing and quilting, or fly by the seat of their pants scrap crafts.
